Yes...hover your cursor over "My Account" in the top right of every page. A small menu will scroll down. Half way down the list is "Submit." Click it and there you go.^-^
Sure you can be my friend.^-^ If you want to make friends you have to watch them first. To watch an artist just go to their page and the watch button on the right side of their avatar. To add some as a friend click "My Account" then "My Watch" and click the little green dude with the plus sign that is in the upper right corner of the artist's avatar and name. (b~_^)b
